Professional Photos

I had been waiting for Craig to get a Saturday off so that we could go and get Peyton's 2 year-old pictures taken, and this Saturday he was off. We called and were luckily able to get in the same day. I would have rather had a morning appointment, but surprisingly enough, Peyton took an early nap and was ready to go for our 3:30 appointment. Once we got to the studio, we quickly realized that they were running late and that it was going to be a while until it was our turn. Peyton was such a good little boy to wait the long hour for his pictures. He was getting a little slap happy towards the end and Craig and I both knew what was coming next. Total Meltdown!!! Luckily he was still in slap happy stage for the pictures and they turned out really cute. Total meltdown came at the computer when we were picking out our pictures. Not too bad though. We got so many good pictures that it was really hard to narrow them down. I wanted to post a lot of them here, and I really love these new collages that Picasa does, so here are most of his pictures that we had taken. It is so hard to believe my baby is 2 and is really growing into a little boy! Where has the time gone!

I was surprised with him in constant motion that she was able to get some good pictures of Peyton. She had a stuffed cow that she kept throwing at him and he would throw it back to her.

Peyton liked sitting by this block. She tried to make him stand on it, but for some reason, he wouldn't do it.

My favorites are always the profile shots with the black background.

I wasn't sure how these would turn out when the photographer suggested putting a tie and hat on Peyton. I really thought he would just throw the hat off. I knew the tie would be a hit as he insists on wearing a tie to church every Sunday, like Daddy, no matter if it matches or not, but these pictures were super cute. Especially as a collection like this!

These pictures turned out so good! I love the way they look in a collage. It would be way neat if you could get them printed and framed like that!
